前台的服務非常好，衞生環境整潔設備齊全，而且有女兒們最喜歡的小度智能管家，在這裏過了一個難忘的除夕夜。謝謝前台的小姐姐，有賓至如歸的感覺👍

這家酒店位於景區旁邊，人流量比較大，房間不夠大，床有1.21米一張，會比較小，
設施：比較新看到是2 4年新開的，前台有小朋友饋贈送牛奶

全部給5分好評真的是出於一個前台小姑娘，她是29號晚上值班，30號上午也在，後面一直到2號上午我們退房都沒再見過她，真的是人超好，超有耐心，幫我們解決問題，不厭其煩，還幫我們升級了房間，所以特意寫評論想誇誇她，本來想着後面問下她的名字，結果後面兩天沒有再看見她。酒店停車場在酒店對面，距離月也侗寨步行即可，屋內就可以看到景點大門，早餐自助比較健康，可以吃飽。還有給4樓收拾衞生的一個阿姨和一個小姑娘也很認真負責。總體來説是一次不錯的住宿體驗，也是我住過的麗楓裏面最滿意的一次。

酒店大堂温馨舒適，前台服務很好很熱情，還有温馨茶水提供，出去辦事回來都要在大堂休息區喝杯茶，遊玩回來，都可以放鬆一下!，酒店房間房型也比較好，設施齊全，入住感覺很好，服務員周到，還提供幫忙訂坐妹票和景區票，!價格還比網上看到的優惠

早餐不錯，餐廳環境很棒用餐體驗滿分。每個服務員都很好很有禮貌，房間乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，小度語音智控很贊，酒店還有三江的侗族服裝可以租賃，床睡着很舒服，疲憊一掃而空，入住時還給小朋友送了晚安牛奶，服務很棒

酒店停車方便，就在酒店門口停車場，前台服務好，入住有晚安牛奶贈送，主動給我們免費升級了更大點的房間，室內衞生乾淨，叫服務員幫忙拿下東西，很熱情，反應很快，房間隔音挺好，把窗户關上很安靜，睡眠很好

酒店的位置不錯，就位於三江縣城的中心，出門就是月也侗寨、多耶廣場，過一條馬路就可以找到很多吃飯的館子，配套非常的方便。另外的話我們開車過去停車場就在酒店的馬路對面，有個大型的露天停車場，車位非常充足。酒店雖然説是臨街，但是房間裏面的窗户隔音不錯，關上之後基本聽不到街面上的吵鬧聲。另外值得一提的就是房間裏面的智能設備非常的多，有空凈系統，也有包括衞生間在內的音樂播放系統，另外服務也挺棒，有問題打電話到前台都是第一時間趕過來幫忙，總體來説值得推薦。

酒店非常吵，非常。訂酒店寫了有歡迎水果，住了根本沒有！房間裏沒有凳子！辦公吃飯都沒辦法坐，早餐寫的7點開始，7.20去還很多菜沒搞好！什麼沐浴藍牙音樂，簡直是土到掉渣，還需要特別去關掉。浪費麗楓酒店這幾個字！

酒店裝修上檔次，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪非常舒適，早餐好吃。位於縣城中心，停車場就酒店大堂對面，出行方便，周邊就是景點，飯店小吃就是在周邊。工作人員服務好，下次繼續選擇麗楓
